Vikenti Komitski (1983, Sofia) holds a degree in Sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts (Sofia, BU, 2006). He is currently enrolled in the Masters Art in Context in Universität der Künste Berlin.

Komitski works within a vast variety of media including installations, video, photography.
Previous solo exhibitions include a.o: Basic and the Beast, Sariev Contemporary, Plovdiv (2017), Update in Krinzinger Gallery, Vienna (2015), New Poor at ICA, Sofia (2013) and Subjective Geography, Sariev Contemporary, Plovdiv (2011).
Selected group shows include a.o: Balkon zum Balkan, Kunsthalle Baden Baden (2014), Places of Transition, Freiraum, MQ, Vienna (2014); Go West! Part of the Moscow Young Art Biennial (2012), East Of Best in Roodkapje, Rotterdam (2011) and Beyond Credit, Antrepo 5, Istanbul (2010).
He is a former artist in residence of ISCP, New York, (2012) MQ, Vienna (2014) and Futura, Prague (2011), and a BAZA Award winner for 2011.
